Brix Breaker is a Nanolot coffee from the Jinotega & Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. This Pacamara natural is a coffee that redefines what coffee can do! Brix Breaker can be reminiscent of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, the smooth body of a Kenyan, or it can be so fruity that it doesn't seem like coffee at all - but rather a fruit concoction. The flavor profile consists of mango, papaya, apple, and blackberry.
This is a coffee that can change a coffee connoisseur's life!
PACAMARA - A FLAVOR PROFILE
Pacamara is a cross between Pacas (a natural mutation of Bourbon) and Maragogype, which is a natural mutation of Typica. It consistently gives us very juicy notes, reminiscent of drinking apple juice or white grape juice, and has an incredibly smooth body that coats your tongue like honey. It is more challenging to grow than some other varieties such as Caturra, but the flavor dividend is incredible!
