EL SALVADORIAN GESHA
Mild cooked peach flavors, a subtle white grape acidity, and a muted nectarine are all standout notes of the coffee. The anticipated sharp acidic funk never comes and instead, your palate is intrigued with, but not engulfed with acidic notes.
José Omar Lemus owns a farm called San Francisco, where he grows Pacas variety. This farm is only 2 hectares with 4600 trees planted. All of José's coffees are dried on raised African beds.
José said his goals for future harvests is to continue the pursuit of high-quality coffees. He is focused on replanting new growth to replace old aging trees and improving his overall quality, not production.
The clean smooth acidity of this Gesha makes it a hard coffee to put down!
