This honey-processed Sarchimor is soft, sweet, and quietly complex. It opens with notes of red apple and tangerine peel, settles into raw sugar, almond, and cocoa nib, and finishes clean with just enough texture to keep it grounded. It’s balanced, quietly complex, and hella comforting.

We roasted this one to let the honey process shine—held the charge light, watched the momentum, and landed it just as the sugars started to stretch. The result is a sweet, subtly fruited cup that still holds structure.

This isn’t a Za Za showpiece. It’s not trying to be exotic or experimental. It’s just mighty dank—a proper single-origin offering with intention, integrity, and soul.
