First had this when we picked it up from our local farmers market. I will always buy this espresso! Always freshly roasted when you order!

I was first amazed by how quick the local delivery when it arrived at my door in less than 48 hours.
These beans are outstanding! What a difference compared to the stock offerings at the grocery store. The beans were well packaged and no broken beans or chaff in the entire 5-lb bag.
The tasting notes in the description were spot on and I have thoroughly enjoyed each drink I have made since the order arrived. I will not hesitate to order again and use this great local roaster.

This is a perfect espresso blend for me. My wife opened the bag and immediately exclaimed at how great the beans smell. Rich and chocolatey and everything you want for a reliable espresso shot.

I hand grind and hand press in a Cafelat Robot. My very first attempt produced a textbook perfect shot. This seems to be a very forgiving roast. Rich, velvety texture, which the Robot only enhances. Balanced flavor. Very comforting. The description is spot on. This coffee makes me think of milk chocolate and graham cracker and has a very mild acidity. Perfect either on its own or with milk drinks. Even with my hand pressing adding a lot of variables, I don't think I've had a bad shot.

It's perfect neat. It's perfect as a cappuccino. It's perfect for a dirty chai. Someone looking for a super dark, oldschool shot might want to go for the dark roast instead. But for me, these beans are now a pantry staple.
