We roasted this one to let the honey process shine—held the charge light, watched the momentum, and landed it just as the sugars started to stretch. The result is a sweet, subtly fruited cup that still holds structure. This isn’t a Za Za showpiece. It’s not trying to be exotic or experimental. It’s just mighty dank—a proper single-origin offering with intention, integrity, and soul.
