Caro Ramirez Black Honey

Carolina Ramirez Black Honey

This Black Honey processed coffee is grown by marathon runner, attorney, and renowned coffee producer, Carolina Ramirez. This is a unique Black Honey process. The coffee cherries undergo 140 hours of open fermentation in stainless steel tanks. During this process, coffee juice is added and thoroughly mixed with the cherries, ensuring uniform fermentation before de-pulping.

Fishy Brownie Goodness

Ever had a cosmic brownie? That's what this reminds me of. Fudgy chocolate notes, with lively tropical notes that make me think of sprinkles. Some funky fermented banana peel aromas even remind me of that processed taste. I even smell some brown spice, like cinnamon or allspice. If you don't think of a fudgy brownie, maybe try pineapple dipped in chocolate. Definitely one for people who like a surprise in their chocolate. It's also going to go great in milk drinks. I'm a natural process fiend so this is an all-time contender for me.
