Heady cup never disappoints!!!

Been drinking this incredible coffee for a couple years now and got my whole family hooked! Coffee is outstanding, haven’t had a blend I didn’t like. Great company philosophy that the guys truly stand by. I won’t drink anything else! Sun Peel is the perfect light roast, not bitter at all just Carmel-y and delicious. 1,000 stars if I could!

So Much Fun

I've never had a coffee that made me feel like I was sucking on a lime before, but this is that coffee. I'd say most people want to let Sun Peel rest for a few days. It's an absolute riot when it's fresh off the roaster. It will mellow during the first week, and the flavor gets more balanced.

We did Aeropress first and it's pure fruit. Pleasant but bold acidity. Absolutely screaming flavor. Like biting on a lime after taking a shot of tequila. You can still feel it on the roof of your mouth after a sip. I had to try it in the Moka pot and it makes a lovely espresso-like flavor that way. I'd say this coffee is best if you have some way to concentrate the flavor, anything from an Aeropress, to Moka pot, to espresso. It's just such a riot, you can't go wrong. Absolutely will keep a bag in rotation.
