This coffee teases the edge of second crack, capturing all the visual charm and boldness dark roast lovers crave while preserving the complexity that makes every cup heady.

The carefully selected coffees from Central America and the Indo-Pacific allow us to roast just dark enough to highlight their rich, full-bodied potential without tipping the bitterness.

The result is a roast that balances smoothness with bold and robust flavors of dark chocolate, toasted almonds, a hint of molasses, and warm spice.
