Honey Co-Fermentation

This unique coffee undergoes a meticulous 96-hour fermentation process in cherry, co-fermented and enhanced with the addition of cane honey to achieve a precise 15% sweetness level. Once fermented, it’s carefully dried in a silo to lock in its vibrant characteristics. The result is a cup that feels both indulgent and refined, showcasing the harmony between process and flavor.

Perfect Morning Coffee

I have always liked the flavor profile of the Columbian bean but this specialized single origin bean with the blueberry and cacao flavor in the background makes it a perfect morning coffee. I would suggest enjoying with some blueberry pancakes for a great all around breakfast experience.
My only disappointment is not knowing until I purchased it that the weight was only 10 0unces, not 12 ounces. For an already pricey coffee (that is so good) you should publish exactly how much coffee by weight is being sold so at least its known ahead of time and doesn't appear to look like shrinkflation.

Super Complex

If the coffee geek in your life has tried everything else, this one will still surprise them. Super complex and interesting. As I slowly sipped through a cup I smelled everything from blueberry muffins, to fermented tropical fruits, to chocolate, to medicine. I could taste anything from blueberries, to cacao nibs, to champagne grapes. This is a great example of how natural fermentation can introduce lots of funky, interesting flavors. We love natural ferments like this, so this is a hit in my house.
